Magic, Sex & Being In The Body

Aisha Paris Smith is a somatic sex coach specialising in embodiment and bodywork. She shares her wealth of knowledge and experience to help us come back to ourselves and connect to our bodies, our blueprint to health and wholeness.

Aisha "works with the principle that when we can be with and integrate all parts of ourselves, we will each have a greater sense of who we are, where our individual purpose and pleasure lie and how to create a life we love".

Our bodies can be portals to our deepest desires and sense of love - both for ourselves and in relationships. We will be discussing how discovering one's own depths can lead to more fulfilling personal and sexual intimacy, and can help us to get to levels of sexual connexion we are not often told are possible.

This evening will consist of a talk given by Aisha followed by the opportunity for questions.
