Aisha Paris Smith is a somatic coach specialising in sexuality and the care of our bodies; an advocate for bodily wisdom. Helena Sophia Equinox is a multidisciplinary artist, dancer and healing arts practitioner. Together we will guide you on a deep bodily journey to listen to what emerges and express from this place. You are invited to lean into the aliveness, subtleties and power of the bodily voice through somatic practise. We shall each create a piece of art from this somatic state. At the end there will be space to be witnessed in your art and expression if you choose to.

This is not a sexuality focused event, but a sensuality focused event.
